Yesterday

Yesterday, I went to downtown with some friends of mine, Midori and Chisako. We went there by foot so we are tired but we could save money for bus. First, we went Hana to have lunch. It's in Shower St. It was very cheap but very good!!!! We ate daily lunch and it was 500 yen!!!! It was so cheap, isn't it? We were satisfied very much. I want to go again!(72 words/12207 words)

Today, I work from 11:00 to 20:00 so I have a break. But I have no money... so I made a lunch box after a long time. I thought I must save money!!!! Dear host parents in New Zealand.

My name is Mayu. Thank you very much for your kindness to accept me in your family. It has been my dream to go abroad since I was a child so it’s my first time to visit New Zealand. I can’t wait for this summer.

I’m a sophomore at KGU and I study English. I have long brown hair and I’m a shy and serious person. My hobby is listening to music and I especially listen to Japanese pop music so I’d like to learn about New Zealand music. I also like eating but I can’t eat spicy food. I’m working part-time in McDonald's so I want to go to McDonald's in New Zealand and eat the items special to NZ.

I live with my parents in Kumamoto and I don’t have any brothers or sisters. If I have free time, I often go out with my friends and go shopping. In the future, I’d like to travel abroad and use English in my work.

My English speaking skills are limited but I will try my best to learn to speak English. Please help me. I was surprised to know that there are more sheep than people in New Zealand. I rarely have contact with animals in Japan so I want to see many animals. I’d like to go to the sky tower in Auckland too. I’d like to learn everything about your country. This weekend

This afternoon, I have no class!!! However, I have a slight cold so I'm going to go home early. I have a sore throat and have a headache and I suppress a cough:-( I don't want to think I have a cold so I'm going to sleep for a long time. I want to cure and go to eat lunch cheerfully tomorrow. Tomorrow, I have a speaking test and I'll go to downtown with a friend of mine, Tomoko. I have never been there with her so I'm looking forward to going there!! Day after tomorrow, I have to work from 11:00 to 20:00. I have to study too because I have tests next weekend... I feel sad when thinking it but I have to try to do my best!!! These aren't my hands and toes, other person's. If I could do these, I want to go to nail salon!! However, I can't because I have a part-time job which mustn't paint nails:-( So, I sometimes do by myself but I have to remove them at once and I'm not good at painting...I want to go to the salon! OSTERIA MORRICONE

This is Italian restaurant, OSTERIA MORRICONE. It's on the first floor of Karino Shimotori building and near TSUTAYA. The mood of the restaurant is good and you'll relax. The lunch starts at 11:00 and finishes at 15:00. Everyday has lunch so you can go any day!! There are many dishes. I ate pasta lunch. It was about 900 yen and it was delicious. I drunk a cup of cappuccino. It was painted on it. It looks so cute, doesn't it? My cappuccino was painted a bear. My friend's was a rabbit. They are very pretty so I thought I wanna drink more!!!! I heard the dinner is also good so I want to go to have dinner there!! Let's go with me!!!!!!!!!(122 words)

This weekend

After school, I'll go to work from 17:00 to 20:00. For 3 hours is very short time for me so I can work hard!! Do my best. Tomorrow, I'll work too for 7 hours and I have to work from 7:00 A.M so I must get up early. After that, I have to study because spring test is coming soon:-( Sunday, I 'll work from 6:00 A.M. so I have to wake up early toooo!!! I'll be sleepy.... I have to work hard for 3 days. However, I'll go to a friend's house in the evening and talk a lot and have a dinner so I'm looking forward to going there!! I hope day after tomorrow comes soon☆　（118 words/11470 words)

GOZEN TACHIBANA

This is Japanese restaurant, GOZEN TACHIBANA. It's in Shomotori and near Daiei. The lunch starts at 11:30 and the restaurant is very clean and modern so you can relax. There are 4 lunches there. Daily lunch, Karaage lunch, Menchi kastu lunch and Helf lunch. All of these include appetizers, sashimi, chawanmushi, rice, and miso soup. You can change miso soup into dago soup for 100 yen and add a desert and a cup of coffee for 100 yen!!! It's very cheap and heavy lunch!!!!! It was sooooooo good and I wan to go again.
